Terms of Use

These terms cover starprintshop.com, run by Star Print Shop. By buying from us or creating an account you agree to them. The short version: you are buying artwork for your own use, as instant files or as a printed piece we make and ship to you, and we try to be fair.

What you are buying

Downloads are print-ready files delivered instantly after checkout; you print them yourself at home, at a local shop, or through an online print lab. Printed, framed and canvas pieces are made to order by our print partners in the United States and shipped to the address you give at checkout. Every printed order also includes the digital files.

Personal use license

Purchases include a personal use license: print the artwork for your own home, office, or as a gift, in any size and as many times as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files themselves, use the artwork on products for sale, or claim it as your own work. The artwork stays our copyright.

Printed orders, shipping and damage

Printed pieces are made to order and usually ship within 2 to 5 business days, then arrive in 3 to 7 business days by tracked mail. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, or never arrives, email us within 30 days of delivery (or of the latest delivery estimate) with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or refund you in full. Refunds

Because downloads are delivered instantly, digital sales are generally final; if something is wrong with your files, reply to your order email and we will fix or replace them. Printed pieces are made for you, so we cannot take them back for a change of mind, but anything damaged, defective or lost is replaced or refunded as described above.

Accounts

Accounts are free and optional. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may close accounts that abuse the service.

Saved designs and the remix studio

Designs you save are stored for your convenience and expire after inactivity as described on your account page. Remixes are for producing prints for personal use under the same license as purchases.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the item concerned.
