Shipping and Returns
Every print, framed piece and canvas is made to order for you by one of our print partners in the United States, then shipped by tracked mail. The digital files come by email right away, so you can see your artwork before the box arrives.
Where we ship
We currently ship printed orders to addresses in the United States. Downloads work everywhere.
Cost and timing
- Shipping is free on printed orders within the United States unless checkout shows otherwise.
- Paper prints are made in 1 to 3 business days; framed pieces and canvas in 2 to 5.
- Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days. The estimate for your order is shown at checkout.
- You get an email with the tracking link the day your order ships, and the status is also on your download page.
- Around the holidays, order early: we post order-by dates on the site each season.
Damaged, misprinted or lost
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, or does not arrive at all, email printstudioshop@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery (or of the latest delivery estimate) with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. There is nothing to send back.
Returns
Because each piece is printed just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a different size. If you are not sure about a size, our size guide shows every format on a real wall, and the digital files that come with your order let you test-print at home first.
Address problems
Please check your address at checkout. If a package comes back because of an incomplete or wrong address, we will reship it once at the cost of the new postage.
