Privacy Policy

Effective August 25, 2026. This policy describes what Star Print Shop (starprintshop.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell digital downloads, we do not run advertising trackers, and we never sell personal information.

What we collect

• Order details: your email address and the items you bought, so we can deliver download links and honor your purchase later.
• Account details, only if you create an account: email, an encrypted password (or your Google sign-in), your name if you provide it, and the designs you save.
• Payments: handled entirely by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Technical basics: standard server logs (IP address, request time, page) kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

What stays in your browser

Your hearted picks, wall layouts, cart, and in-progress remix designs live in your own browser storage until you save them to an account. They are not transmitted to us and disappear if you clear site data.

Cookies

We set one functional cookie, used to keep you signed in to your account. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Signing in with Google briefly uses a second cookie to protect the sign-in handshake.

Services we rely on

• Lemon Squeezy processes payments and, as merchant of record, issues your receipt.
• Google sign-in, if you choose it, confirms your email address with Google; we receive your name and email only.
• Hostinger hosts this website.
• Resend delivers order emails when enabled.

Retention

Order records are kept so your downloads keep working. Saved designs stay active for 90 days after their last edit, then archive to a small preview that you can reactivate any time. You can delete saved designs, or your whole account, whenever you like.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email printstudioshop@gmail.com from the address in question and we will handle it promptly.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with an updated effective date.
